International students are welcomed and assisted by the “International Relations office ” of the School. They can also benefit from the support provided by the specific departments of the Université de Pau et des Pays de l’Adour. French lessons are provided in order to make it easier for international students to learn at school.
I had the opportunity to improve my engineering training in France where I worked and studied in a different system. This enabled me to evolve both on a human and professional level. As a Process Engineering student at the ENSGTI, I benefited from a very rewarding experience: I worked in an environment that was at the cutting edge of technology and I completed work placements with expert engineers. I developed my capacity to solve problems related to work in an innovative and ingenious way.
At the same time, I was very pleased to know the French language, the culture, the landscapes, the French gastronomy, to discover the Pyrenees and to meet unforgettable people. I am currently a process engineer for Amec Foster Wheeler., former Colombian student / n+i programme
The training I was offered at the ENSGTI enabled me to acquire solid basic knowledge to improve my academic background in Process Engineering. When I got there, my French level was lower than other international students’ but I benefited from a great support and assistance from teachers, clerical staff and other ENSGTI students. The quality of teaching was remarkable. Thanks to this training, I became a PhD candidate in Canada and I started a rich career in North America and United-Kingdom., former Indian student / n+i programme
